Our Policy Statement

We at the Justine-Nila Talent Agency would like to express to our clients and future clients our policy. Conduct on sets are to be followed whether a rep is present or not. Remember you not only represent yourself but us as well. Do not under any circumstances bring unnecessary attention to yourself. You are always to be curtious, thoughtful, and willing to help out your fellow artists. You are not to disclose company business or our confidential information to anyone. Gossip can destroy your future if you're not careful, there are people behind every corner waiting to take advantage of that. Our dress code goes as follows, no pants below the waist are to be worn. You will not be sent out for auditions if you are not dressed properly. No mini skirts, we represent class. No profane gestures to anyone and please keep cell phone usage to a minimum. While being auditioned, turn off cell phones. Be on time, by this we mean 30 minutes before call time on set. Get professional headshots, and start building your resume. This career takes time and effort and any meaningful career will not happen overnight. Get the stars out of your eyes and keep your feet on the ground. This profession requires hard work, research, study, and training. Be Patient! There are many facets to bring to an extra or minor principal role; they lead to greater things such as lead actors. Remember, it is important to stay humble and never be "Too good" for small parts. We at Justine Nila will never believe anything you "say". However we will believe everything you do. Remember we have over forty years of experience in the arts at all levels and in every discipline. We are masters of our craft. Mr. Patterson is one of the best acting coaches in the business. The rest of the team has been hand picked for their genius, ingenuity, and honesty to ensure our good name.
