I want to welcome you to the Justine Nila Talent Agency website. I want to congratulate you on your first step to success in your career in the entertainment industry. That first step is research! If you want to succeed in this industry research is an instrumental part of your success. I am dedicated to teaching small groups of individuals or having a one on one session. Unlike large agencies, I prefer smaller, more focused and personal training sessions, rather than giving large group sessions with people walking in or out, interrupting and taking away from your learning experience. You get what you need to in order to succeed in the profession.

But don’t think just because we are a small training school we don’t have contacts. As of May 2008 all my clients will all be appearing for casting calls for a large budget movie being shot here in Charlotte, North Carolina. Not to mention other movies, commercials and stage performances previously produced here in the Charlotte area. My focus is quality, not quantity.
